Every cake is made fresh with care. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Quality Concerns
Not satisfied with the taste or presentation? Reach out within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Cancellations
Cancel for free up to 4 hours before your scheduled delivery window. After that, we've already started baking — cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
